Payment Options

Deluxe Essentials accepts the following payment methods - Paypal or POLi. Deluxe requires payment before any goods will be dispatched. Payment needs to be transferred within 7 days of placing your order. Deluxe can not hold the stock for your purchase if payment is not received 7 days after order confirmation.


A standard delivery and handling fee will be charged for all deliveries Australia wide. Your Deluxe order will be processed within 5 working days, subject to stock availability, public holidays and weekends. Delivery is made by Australia Post or TNT, unless otherwise requested, and depending on where your item/s are to be delivered. Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery. A signature is required for all deliveries.

Refund Policy

If you have simply changed your mind, or the product you ordered is the incorrect colour or size, Deluxe may offer you a refund or exchange within 7 working days. This is provided that the product is received back in as new condition and in original packaging. You will be responsible for returning the item to Deluxe Essentials at your cost and any refund will exclude delivery charges.

If your product is faulty or you can prove that we have sent the incorrect goods, please contact us immediately. The total amount of the goods, and all delivery charges will be refunded in full. If you need to make a return to Deluxe please notify us that you will be returning goods so that we can expect your delivery.

For health reasons, we cannot accept returns of pantyhose or bodywear if the packaging has been opened, tags have been removed, or the items have obviously been worn.
