All domestic shipping is via Australia Post. All orders are shipped from Tasmania, Australia. We are able to offer international shipping. Shipping charges are based on location, so please send us a message if you require this service.

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be packed. If your order is urgent or date sensitive please add to purchase notes. Orders may encounter delays once shipped due to Covid-19 and other delays through the freight network. Please be patient and understand that these delays are completely out of our control. Parcels are shipped Monday, Wednesday and Friday and you will receive a tracking number once your parcel has been lodged with Australia Post. We are more than happy to assist with your tracking enquiries, however please be patient if we need to refer to Australia Post for follow up.
